HELP AND TRANSPARENCY

Frequently asked questions.

How the tools work, what they can and cannot do, and what happens to your information.

Are the tools really free?

Yes. Public tools marked “Available Now” are free to use and do not require a subscription or account. Any future optional member benefits will be identified separately.

Where are my financial entries stored?

BNPL Debt X-Ray performs calculations in your browser and saves entered plans and settings in your browser’s local storage. It does not upload those entries to a Wealth Architecture database. Website delivery involves standard technical requests to Cloudflare.

Can the calculator access my bank or BNPL accounts?

No. You enter each plan yourself. The calculator cannot confirm lender payment terms, fees, the actual payment status or bank balances.

What happens when I clear my browser data?

Local entries may disappear when you clear site data or switch devices. Use the Download backup feature to keep a personal JSON file and Import backup to restore your data.

How accurate are the estimates?

They follow the documented assumptions and values you enter. Real-world results can differ because of transaction timing, lender-specific terms, unrecorded expenses, fees or changing returns.

Can I use the tools outside the United States?

Yes, with care. Some tools provide USD, EUR and GBP display labels, but changing the currency does not convert values. Models do not automatically account for country-specific legal or tax rules.

Are the quizzes professional financial assessments?

No. Planned quizzes are educational self-checks to help you navigate relevant videos and tools. No clinical-style diagnosis or guaranteed personal finance plan is implied.

Why do some tools say Coming Soon?

We publish tools when they are ready and tested. Coming Soon items are not yet usable, and their cards lead to relevant existing video guides rather than broken pages.

Do you provide financial or tax advice?

No. This site provides educational content and illustrative calculations, not individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

How can I report a mistake or suggest a new tool?

Use our contact page. Please do not send bank credentials, full account numbers, passwords or other sensitive financial documents.
